British Harper’s Bazaar are releasing their annual best dressed list for 2007 in their December issue, and after checking out the top ten, I am curious about how they compiled their list. Bazaar described their best dressed for the year, Russian model, Natalia Vodianova as “an adventurous dresser who rarely succumbs to black for evening dressing.”
